For custom cakes and corporate or larger orders of 100 cupcakes or more, bookings are subject to availability. We recommend 3 weeks notice.
Cabinet cupcake and mini cupcake orders can be made with 24 hours notice.
We provide a range of gluten and dairy free products daily in store and with notice can source alternative options for dietary requirements. Custom cakes, however, are not allergy-free. Please contact us to discuss your specific dietary requirements and we'll do our best to help.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will be refunded any amount over 50% of the product cost and a credit issued for the 50% deposit payment to be used within 6 months of cancellation. Cancellations within 7days will be refunded any amount over 50% of the product cost, and the 50% deposit will be voided. Please see our full sales terms and conditions here.
